For a full refund of the costs of the reservation, cancellations must be made five days prior to arrival (by sending an email to email@example.com).
For example: if the day of check-in is Friday, it must be canceled no later than the previous Sunday.
If the customer cancels its reservation less than 5 days before the day of arrival, the first night is not refundable.
For the following nights, the customer may choose to re-schedule another reservation or receive a 50% refund.
If the customer arrives and decides to leave before the agreed check-out day, unused nights 24 hours after cancellation will be refunded at 50%.
